Hannah
Roberts, Project Director: since
February 2007 Hannah has been the Director of NEEDS. Before
this she had worked extensively for NEEDS, in election
observation and also in technical assistance and election
administration.
Hannah has conducted many
NEEDS training seminars as well as other trainings with
domestic observer groups and with political parties. She
has participated in a variety of Core Team and field roles
on observation missions with the European Union, OSCE/ODIHR,
and with the Council of Europe. This has included work
in the US, Africa, Asia and Europe. In addition to this
she has undertaken a variety of technical assistance tasks,
including most recently on restructuring and strategic
planning for the National Elections Board of Ethiopia.
She was the Deputy Head of Country for the 2005 Iraqi
Out-of -Country Voting in Syria. She has also written
polling manuals, voter education materials and observation
resources.

 Anders
Eriksson, Training Co-ordinator: Anders has been
involved with election observation since 1989 and has
worked on some 35 missions in total, as Head of Misison,
Election Analyst and Statistical Analyst. For OSCE and
UN Anders has carried out technical assistance in several
countries.
Anders is an election official in Sweden and was the Co-ordinator
of the earlier EU Election Observation Project, which
also provided training for EU observers.
Anders was also the Editor of the EU Election Observation
Handbook and Benchmark for Electoral Standards |
